[hugin-ptx] pto file from align_image_stack crashes nona w/ GPU support

I've found that if I run align_image_stack on two images and create a pto file that I then load into hugin to stitch, nona will crash when I use my GPU for remapping the images. If I turn off the GPU then they remap fine. The image files, pto file, and the log from the crash can be found here:
