Having trouble with one of the CP machines that was stored in a closet for
about a year and thus had time problems (thought it was 1999) The rtc battery
needed charging. Today I charged it all day (turned on) and then reflashed it.
Up to this time it had worked fine, except for

go to Open Firmware to reset the time (pressing esc while booting). All the
other machines would do this even if their clocks were off. That's why I

Hi All... Writing this using wifi on a bus in rural Uruguay. We will spend the
