getting zNALC pricing. zNALC requires non-legacy workloads or JAVA base

As I said the original convention for disk was 1000 bytes = 1KByte.
M$ did not comply with that convention when they decided to show disk
usage in binary format 1024bytes=1KByte.
Only memory (not disk) was specified in binary (1024) convention.
And then other groups mixed 1000
I've handled several system replacements from the MP3000 processors at
various levels of OS/390 to Z/OS. We were always able to find a way to make
it cost effective. Several of these have been universities and you know how
difficult it is to justify laying out money there.
