The Listserv discussion list IBM-MAIN has nothing to do with
yahoo.com. Someone else setup a yahoo group called IBM-MAIN-OT.
I have no privileges to change anything about that group.
According to yahoo, someone needs to contact:
ibm-main-ot-ow...@yahoogroups.com
and have them alter the settings.
When I run a CICS trans, it is use for DB2 select update, found it spend a lot
of time on ZCIOWAIT. Is this a problem? How can I optimize it.

Eric,
ZCIOWAIT indicates VTAM terminal control wait. My first guess is that
you are function shipping to another CICS region using VTAM connections
between the regions and you are looking at the front-end transaction.
In this case this is a normal situation. As for optimizing, it is

Thanks for the response and the suggestion. Yes, RMM knows of the changes. Are
there any other ideas out there? This really must be a pretty common exercise.
I can't imagine no one else has done this.
Is there something more I need to change in RMM so I can remove the bins?

Hi,
We're running TRX from OES Inc., and we're looking for alternatives.
