IBM's Pacific-basin customers outside the US and Japan cannot get an 'entire newly-ordered product' in this way. (Here I am conjecturing more than I really know: My client in New Zealand cannot; and Shane in Australia cannot.) Why? Because of deficiencies in IBM's ordering and licensing

Not only can you order a product in CBPDO format for internet delivery a number of us have received a whole z/OS serverpac via the internet. Alan Dumb question: does IBM only distribute various fixes electronically, or can you get an entire newly-ordered product via the Internet? Charles
