The following lists all datasets known to the MCDS:
HSEND LIST DSN MCDS ODS('$DOB.ML2LIST.SUM')
If you only get your datasets then talk to your security people.

Consider using the IBM z/OS IDCAMS utility function DCOLLECT which calls the
IBM-standard interface ARCUTIL in order to read the MCDS for you.
DCOLLECT options can limit the information being processed/generated, as you
desire.
The output file then can be read by a user program, or if you are
