Ah, I think I understand. REFDD does not look at the cataloged dataset being referred to, but rather at the DD statement itself. LIKE, on the other hand, looks at a cataloged dataset. OK. Makes sense. Not what I wanted, but makes sense. Thanks! On 5/24/2010 at 5:20 PM, in message
