Just thought I'd share IBM(UK)'s response to a simple question asking for a
description of the 5 possible functions for the XRC message ANTX8117I which
indicates a consistency delay detected at
(Primary/Secondary/Buffers/Master/Journal). We have seen an increasing
number of these
So i guess anyone interested in XRC as it's DR tool had better be aware
that you're not supposed to know how the product you will rely on
actually
works? In the meantime, an IBM guy who had been sent to help discuss our
problems took the 2 minutes required to fully answer the question. Wish
