Check out $TBUFDEF to increase value of EXTBUF. $DBUFDEF will show your current
value which should be 49.

Rex,
Check out info APAR II13276 on IbmLink as it gives plenty of hints on what to
check.

Yes it is a security/integrity APAR. If you subscribe to the Security Portal
you can review it.
Description: This issue may pertain to users of Language Environment for z/OS
with FMID HLE7770, HLE7780 and HLE7790.

No worry. Matter of fact you can reformat your couple dataset(s) with the
SSTATDET and then the IXC104I error message will change to REASON: NOT
SUPPORTED BY HARDWARE which is what I get on my z9BC.

Well if you check the manual you'll see that you need to be at STAGE 3 to setup
BPX.UNIQUE.USER.

Same here, fails on IE9 or IE10 even with work-around. Works just fine on
Firefox.

So
Ed,
Try a LIST LOGSTREAM NAME(HZS.HEALTH.CHECKER.HISTORY ) DETAIL(YES) in that
same IXCMIAPU to get an inventory of what logger really knows about. If file is
NOT there then it is orphaned.

I don't know if it applies back at z/OS 1.10 but check the INITSQA option for
your LOADxx member.
