Rick, It doesn't surprise me at all that if you have AOP-TRAYID set to 1 5 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 that you can only ever reach two trays on your printer. After all, you only have two trays defined (PCL tray 1 and PCL tray 5). Take a look at my earlier note and see if it starts to give you some clues

Rick, You may need to broaden your testing. The books for afp2pcl and afpxpcl both contain this Tip for the AOP_TRAYID: PCL tray IDs do not match the tray numbers embossed on the actual printer trays. Test changing more than just the fourth position. For more details, see
