I don't think so.
I'll check when I get back to work next week.

Do the datasets for the isv product happen to have the same high level
qualifier as an SCLM project? If so, that is the reason you are getting the
warning.

The ISV didn't supply source code. It was in a parameter library.

Unusual for an ISV to supply source code. We manage our source using SCLM
but ship SMPE format, object plus MACLIB source etc.
For what it's worth, I would use SCLM for this. Just build a simple project

In an case, we did what you suggested, and the SCLM bit was reset and I was

That's normally a warning message when you try and edit outside of SCLM.
You can ignore it or copy the PDS to a new one and rename . ORIG >> OLD
NEW>>ORIG.
It sounds like the members have been promoted and are locked from editing,
so copy them out if you don't want SCLM control.

I am trying to install an ISV product.
The product was delivered as 3 XMITed libraries.
I used RECEIVE to create the product libraries.

Thank you for your responses. We are now thinking that a problem in the
Xpediter step is the root cause of that SCLM message. The building of Xpediter
DDIO entries are part of our SCLM build jobs. We do not think we have an SCLM
issue at this time

A missing DDNAME will result in a SOC4. So yes.

Can you post the SCLM language definition statements for CCDEF.
It's possible that you are missing the additional work files for the later
COBOL compilers.
