I don't remember my VTAM buffer pools, but one that caught us in a couple migrations was IOBUF. ===> d net, bufruse (?) Tells the tale. What we're looking for is times expanded. VTAM reconfigures ifself to accommodate but freezes activity in the process. In a message dated 6/1/2016
