I'm pretty sure that 'incremental adjustment' or 'steering' is limited to just a few minutes. Certainly less than hours. That was true for 9037 sysplex timer; I believe it's true for STP as well. There are so many things wrong with Acquaintance's shop that it's hard to know where to begin.

Except that z/OS 2.2 is a new license from 1.13. Once you have it installed all your IFAPRD entitlements that point to z/OS or its parts will need to be updated to show the new licenses. I think that even though the names are all the same, you still have to order new licenses for version 2.
