The supported way to achieve what you want is either :
(1) Issue "R" to reset/resume or "RQ" to "Reset Quiesce" in the NP field
against the row on DA.
(2) Overtype the "Quiesce" column with either "QUIESCE" or "RESUME" (you must
use the entire word - no abbreviations)
