The issue isn't the dates in the manuals or elsewhere - the issue is the path to the pdf includes the 'Jul 19' as part of the path/directory name which was fine for July but the Sept update changed the directory name to zosv2r4pdfkit-Sep-12-2019 and yet the href tags still have zosv2r4pdfkit-Jul
