Take a look at white paper WP102314 at http://www.ibm.com/support/techdocs
This gives you various options of merging CTNs either disruptively or
non-disruptively, I successfully used the non-disruptive approach last year
having studied this paper very carefully.
It locks that, I did not ask the question properly. What I want to see do I
have to stop in previous all the LPARs getting the time from this CTN, because
I feel if any LPAR see that the CTN name changed it may have some corruption

You shouldn't have to stop them (the CEC's themselves) as long as you can get
all the timing links active first. Any LPARs that want to join the sysplexes
will need re-ipled if the timesource changes.

You will have to change the CTN on the DR CEC and the TEST CEC to PRODSTP.
Then I think all LPARs on those two CECs will need to be IPLed to be aware of
the new time source. It's been a while since we've change any of our STP
configuration.
