Hi, Ross. You might try interskill.com. On quick glance, I did not see any SMS or storage courses offered, but I did not look that closely. They have a lot of education available. If nothing else, they may be willing to create a course (might not meet your timeframe, but maybe worth a try).

An SRB is initially dispatched with the home address space's Basic Access List, which is in ELSQA. If you subsequently ALESERV ADD something, then a new access list is obtained from a pool in ESQA. Jim Mulder -Original Message- From: IBM Mainframe Discussion List On Behalf Of

GDG's are for sequential files. You can make a backup of a VSAM to a sequential GDG though. To create a new gen you should be using PROD.CVSC.AHI.BKP(+1) -Original Message- From: IBM Mainframe Discussion List On Behalf Of Frank Swarbrick Sent: Tuesday, September 26, 2023 12:27 PM To:

Try adding the (+1) to the define, or .G0002V00 if that doesn't work. And even if G0002V00 is created, it might not be part of the gdg. You would have to go through the limit to test the automatic delete. On Tue, Sep 26, 2023 at 12:40 PM Frank Swarbrick wrote: > > Weird that it created
