We use a combination of z/OS Capacity Provisioning Manager (CPM) and the Schedule Operations task on the HMC on a fortnightly basis to do this. We use our automation product (CONTROL-O) to issue a command to CPM to increase one of our CPCs to its high capacity marker and then have the scheduled
