Hi Sorry I did not make it clear - I already have the fonts - they are kruti dev fonts. We used these on owr windows machines and hence have loads of files using these specific fonts - none others work. So my question should actually read how do I install fonts that are already on the hard disk

Hi all, I needed to install hindi ttf fonts on our Ubuntu Hoary machines. I did a google search on how to install but a;; the approaches mentioned were non GUI I got a bit scared. So is there a GUI interface for this. Some of the other distributiond did have a font installer which made it easy.
