on 8.22 you can add a 2 char account via web interface-user administration

we saw small messages every time it happens... 2KB or less...
90% of times, there was a 1KB (SPAM, etc) message in costumer's inbox, and
outlook tried to download it one, twice,..., since it was deleted in web
Look for a pattern every time outlook can't download all inbox messages

You've an outlook downloading one time an another the same message, it never
download and it never is deleted from server, is it right?
So, if it's your problem, i said we had it time ago. We found that was
caused by panda on client box with small
Destination server is really busy or it's possible they're using delaying,
so you're trying to retry before their embargo time expires getting 421
server busy
Ask their admin if they use delaying...

Now,we have only ASSP and it works good.
Our stats are:
Messages 280130 (6627.2 per day)
Non-Local Mail Blocked: 89.5%
Local Mail with SMTP validation.
All working great after 1 month learning (Bayesian database).
Just one thing we disagree, we must restart service once per day to close
domains and aliases are stored in registry

yes, i have had problems with some spam, normaly -1KB sized messages.
Deleting message works fine again.
If U've problems with big emails, maybe can be caused by slow /overload
connection. Just a suggestion
