have you tried a different ldap client? Also, maybe make a global change in ldap and
then optimize the db and try again.

returning results from the IMail LDAP server for the
past few weeks now, but today, after we went into IMail
Administrator and turn on LDAP logging to use the SysMMDD.txt option,
and also unchecked the Allow queries only checkbox, we are getting
