Tim,

You could always modify the web template and change the input type to
hidden on that field. They would then not see it as an option.

Write a batch file and schedule it to run every minute. It should delete

Not necessarily. You could limit it based on permissions. Similar to
how the option in the admin dropdown are regulated by if you are a
standard user, domain administrator, or server administrator.

I thought there was a new option to block forwarding to specific domains in
Imail but I can't seem to find anything in the KB? AOL is a PITA with their
spam policy and some of our users are ignoring our don't forward your mail
to AOL policy.

Just add some javascript checking to the appropriate web messaging pages and
reject anything containing the string of text you wish to prohibit.

If you are forwarding more than 100 messages a day to AOL for your users
then you get them to allow it. We have a KB article outlining the procedure
at:

There are numerous ways of getting whitelisted at AOL. I have used the
Dynamic Whitelist and have not heard anything from AOL since about me
spamming them due to users forwarding to their AOL account. I couldn't keep

went away. It _must_ be the Dynamic Whitelist tho..all the others are a
