There is a basic difference between Pholidota imbricata and Pholidota pallida. The two lateral sepals are fused on the back in pallida and they are free in imbricata. If you look at the fourth picture you can see free sepals below the labellum, hence this should be imbricata. Thanks for sharing

This is the problem with Oberonia. You cant make out if the plant is juvenile and flowering or its a mature plant, because all of them flower very nicely irrespective of their age. If I had to through a guess, then I would say josephii because the side lobes of the labellum is clrealy
