Dear Pankaj ji,
Thank you very much for the appreciation.
Is there any possibility of a mixture of S. lanceolata and S. latifolia or
it might be *Sirhookera latifolia?*
With kind regards, Sam.

I really don't know about Rhamnaceae. The leaves are opposite.
I tried with Premna but couldn't find much information about species found
in India.

Dear Garg ji and Khagendra ji,
My suggestion is that this is an undescribed, new species of Colocasia, though
it is so extraordinary I wonder if it should be given a new genus status.
Is it possible to get further photos with greater clarity, and including the
vegetative parts and reproduction
Dear Dinesh ji,
Beautiful picture and great efforts.
The correct Malayalam spelling is *ആരമ്പൂ വള്ളി Aarampoo valli *or*
ആരമ്പൂവള്ളി Aarampoovalli*

Hi, Shobha ji,
The inflorescence is not clear.
Can you send a cropped clear image showing the flowers?
It somewhat appears close to images at
https://efloraofindia.com/2015/04/06/fatsia-japonica/, but I am not able to
see such *large drooping* inflorescence on the net.
Pl. see
