That is Arisaema speciosum var. mirabile. It differs from normal speciosum
by a rough, rugose appendix whereas normal speciosum has a smooth surface of
the appendix. Also the appendix is generally more enlarged and thicker like
can be seen on the picture. It grows at higher altitudes and flowers
