This looks more like a species of Neolitsea, to me. My guess is based
on the last pair of veins of leaves.
Please check the leaf beneath whether it is glaucus (whitish/grayish).
You can easily come to a conclusion whether it is a Lauracean by
smelling the crushed leaf, you get a spicy smell on

Thanks a lot for the effort Shrikant sir,
By no angle it fits into Ceropegia or family Apocynaceae.
Just for your information, I found a Ceropegia in Gori Ganga valley
during my trip with Dr. Jyotsna, and for 99% sure it was a new
species. I was stupid enough that I was carrying it in my hands and
I dont think this grows to the size of tree. Infact the other plant
Jatropha podagrica has swollen base and gives a look of pot or swollen

Satish ji U r observation is regarding Pisa is too correct but can't say
about any Lauraceae member. So
This is not Cleistanthus collinus. In Cleistanthus the bark is at
first buff or creamy in color which during summer turns to black. the
bark does not have blotches. the leave does not resemble Cleistanthus.
also it is not A. latifolia nor A. pendula.
