Dear Shushrut ji,
1. Your plot of 600 Sq Feet will be overwhemed by Naglingam. Instead you can go
in for medium size trees like Golden or White Champa, Kanchan (Bauhinea
blackeana).
If you are looking for colour go for Cassia nodosa, Cassia javanica (both
rosy pink) or Cassia fistula
Thanks Sandhya ji for the pics of H. pubescens. I havent seen this tree grow so
big.
Aound Mumbai we see this growing into shrubs 2 - 3 m tall.

Dear Sanal ji,
Incidentally I too was looking around for saplings of forest trees. I ordered
a few through Pansare Nursery, Karjat. www.pansarenursery.com.
I tried to contact Oikos Foundation in Pune (www.Oikos.com). Their webpage
indicates very good collection of indeginous trees.
Albizia procera makes a good canopy tree. I am looking for a few saplings to be
planted at my farm.
