When I try to build cvs 1.11.2 on Windows 2000 with VC++ 5 installed I
get this error:
C:\cvs-1.11.2\lib\valloc.c(10) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include
file: 'getpagesize.h': No such file or directory
How can I fix this? The same happens when building with VC++ 6

this out with one user! My guess is that
in Admin/Preferences on the General tab you have chosen cvs 1.10(NT
Server) and your sever is Linux/UNIX. Change it to 1.10 (Standard) and
your problem will go away.
