I have setup a CVS-repository and read all I could find about cvs and
pam, but nevertheless I keep getting the following
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/temp$ cvs -d pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/peter/cvs login
Logging in to :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:2401/home/peter/cvs
CVS password:
PAM start error
Is it possible to use PAM authentication with CVS? Has anyone patched it?
CVS is running on our RH7.1 linux box but the rest of the network is
Windows. Linux is using PAM with SMB authentication.

Sorted it myself, issue 44

cvs to enable PAM authentication, I applied that, recompiled cvs and added a
cvs entry to the pam.d directory telling cvs/pam to use the smb
