anyone have any idea what's the minimum version I would
need for the autocreateinboxfolders feature to work? Right now this
seems the only feature I am missing in the current 2.4 setup...
Thanks in advance and all the best,

Hi Kristian,
We would certainly encourage moving to 3.0 if you can : there's a lot of
old bugs that have been fixed as well as some great new features you
might want to use.
The core maintainers are also better placed to provide support against

Folks;
trying to set up a new cyrus system on top of Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (running

No errors to report - it simply doesn't seem to do anything, and I fail

Nikos,
Some packagers added their own patches to support autocreatequota,
autocreateinboxfolders, etc. If you depend on such added functionality,

autocreateinboxfolders was used a workaround while I tried to find the root of
my problem. A previous post that stated that autocreateinboxfolders was a
patch to cyrus explained a good deal for me.

Thanks Michael, all three points fully explain it.
I'm off to do that now.

Hi,
could you please also paste the relevant part of the log file so
that we can see the logs.
