I installed 2009.06 some weeks ago (fresh install) and then I installed
VirtualBox 2.2.4
Today I upgraded to b117 by this commands
[i]$ pfexec pkg set-authority -O http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev/ opensolaris.org
$ pfexec pkg image-update[/i]
Then I downloaded VirtualBox 3.0.0 but I have problem
