Is anyone monitoring their Shoretel PBX with InterMapper?
I am curious how well that works and what kinds of information you can
extract.

I am still unable to create a certificate request with InterMapper,
paste it into a Microsoft CA request web page and then import the
resulting base64 file to InterMapper.
Am I missing something here or is this functionality still broken?
Could we get some kind of battery icon for UPS' and a thermometer for
Environmental monitoring devices?
Something to represent SAN switches and SAN storage controllers would be
nice too.
Excellent work, thank you.

Sorry, the backslash escape of the newline doesn't work. The entire
expression has to be on one line. This makes it a bit unwieldy.

Here is something for the community to chew up and improve. Currently it
uses JETDIRECT3-MIB and SNMP to PML MIB to get ink status, media status
and some job status.

I have a request from my users to see current status including what

thought I would ask this group.
Is there a way to take a SNMP numeric variable and compare it to a table
of static values to return the string associated with that value? Some
kind of if/then or case/next syntax?
The variable is

Title: NetBotz probe
Has anyone integrated a Netbotz or Wallbotz unit into their InterMapper monitor?
If you are at the main map list screen and then select outages you will
see outages for all maps.

Title: Wish list
A composite probe that combines Host Resources with Windows Services so I don't need multiple instances to monitor my servers.
Perhaps even some kind of generic monitor framework that lets me combine multiple probes on one host/endpoint (i.e. web + ftp + host resources).
Title: Windows Certificate
Has anyone found a way to install a certificate created on a Microsoft Windows CA to InterMapper?.
On the low end tripp-lite and powerware would also be useful. On the
high end I would like a probe for my Liebert nPower (Emerson Network
Power).

Check the arp table on the webserver and see if it is resolving the IM
server correctly. Also do you have a packet filter type firewall on the
same subnet? I have had problems with host routes and ARPs diverting to
my firewall during network outages and not being able to get them to
return to

Has anyone had any luck signing their certificates with a windows 2003 certificate services CA?

As a matter of fact I think you hit it on the head.

What have people found to be the best way to monitor windows servers

I have tried host resources but that leaves me without a means of

That looks like straight ASCII decimal encoding

I like the idea of a check box to display/hide the standard SNMP status
items, at the risk of making this more complex, can you integrate the
OID as a checkbox on the standard SNMP probe too?
