A few minutes ago I forced all commit access for svn.php.net to be over SSL, if
you try to commit over regular HTTP you'll get a 403 error.
Migrating from http to https is a single command.

side bar is duplicated. If you click on Files to translante the category

because of the SSL thing I had to upgrade the box, and a new kernel.
Sadly, the machine didn't come up after reboot. I've written to the

I think we have had some reasonable additions to the language in PHP 5.3 + will
have a couple of good ones in PHP 5.4. That said, I do agree we should have a
strong bias against language feature creep unless there is a really strong
