The SparkFun inventor's kit for IOIO comes with pre-soldered headers and
allows you to build some basic circuits with no soldering required. I
haven't seen a bare IOIO with headers though.

though, and if you can't even do that the chances of being able to
accomplish anything with the board are low. If I were you I would get a
