I went back and took another look at the NHK2 schedule. As it turns out, 1540 is the start time for the last program of the day. After checking the times for Oct 19-26, the correct signoff times are 1600 on Friday-Monday, and 1550 on Wed Thur. Which matches the time Nick reported. Sorry
