Listened from 1255-1308 utc. Conditions down this morning here in Kalama, WA. Only one Russian long wave heard. Check stations before leaving home at 1345 and most signals were just weak carriers. 189   RUSSIA, Petropavlovsk, Radio Rossii 1255 poor signal with man in Russian.  HPAW 11/13/2012
