Quite a few TA carriers heard this evening in Victoria, but quite odd ones: 603, 864, 954 1116, 1413 for examples. Although the "usual" 1215 was noted, it didn't develop into anything; 1386 was the star of the show with a good enough carrier at times to show audio traces. The carrier was

I should addnot entirely a failure of the FCC that a market is over radioed.. sure they allot the frequencies, but too many broadcasters believe just because you CAN shove a frequency in, you SHOULD do it. Just because there's spectrum space doesnt mean you should actually light it up. KLXR
