Walt, I have thought about getting an old 12 hr electric clock from a garage sale and doing the 13-24 hour inner ring. I still like the electric clock 50/60 cycles as they keep nearly perfect time and are trouble free for many years. Also inexpensive. That may be my best option. Close to what you

Thanks Colin. Another option would be to buy a 24 hour atomic clock and reset the hands to UTC. I would probably void the warranty, but that would also work, or find an old 12 hour electric clock and set the time for UTC. It seems the battery clocks that are not atomic do not seem to keep good
