Your 531 kHz recording is definitely Japanese, presumably from the usual
dominant station on the frequency-- JOQG in Morioka. (I lived in Japan for 2
years

I hear China and South Korea on 792. The male talk in the background
sounds Korean to me. Bill Harms might be able to say for sure.
