1206 is often the 2nd best TA here in IL, sounding armchair at times. 1134 is stronger still, in general, but you in MN are blasted by a local, and the some of guys in the Pac NW have Vancouver to hammer 1130, 1206 in general is better than anything I can get on 1215 (usually UK/Spain mix).
