I also use the heck out of Barry's website. The fuzzy call lookup is
simply amazing. It normally deciphers about 90 percent of my sound
like calls. I wish that there was a site as good as that for FM, with
Slogan search and so on.
Paul, the FCC db is nice to for power/pattern info.

have heard them several times, since then after hours. Not sure if
they will remain on but if you need them, you may want to check.

I use radio-locator because it shows me what towns the station covers and
the distance it gets, the FCC stuff doesnt really give me that.

Around 2145 CDT I noted some CBC type pgming occ mixing with WARD (Sunny

fade and this would come up to fair level, generally with piano jazz type mx.

Thanks all for the info, WGIN is certainly not new here, was hoping for

Will someone in a capacity at IRCA send an email to sa...@nrcdxas.org
and tell them that I am a member of IRCA so I can get a copy of the
NRC Radio Log at member price.
It would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Patrick my friend, you are awesome. Whatever you are getting paid, it
ought to be doubled.
You rich guys at IRCA are probably making twice what we make at

Still haven't had time to go over yesterday's logs, and had to jury rig an

Yesterday morning was my best of the season for TP DX.
This morning's recordings more than made up for it. I checked the SDR
files and found carriers with threshold audio on 747 828 972 and 1566.
That was about it. I'm sure glad I didn't get up early and try to DX in
real time.

Hello All,
Once again, some stations seemed to defy the generally lackluster
conditions here, with Chinese stations especially bucking the trend.
639-CNR1 had its best signal of the month here, providing good audio for
an MP3 at 1335. Audio was also noted on 936 and 738 (presumed Taiwan),
Nope, that's 1505 kHz. Not 1503. On recheck about 1505.7, still very
strong. Maybe something other than a radio signal. Jim

A little more life in the band than for the last few days, though
nothing like the conditions of last week.Noted 27 carriers on a
quick scan through the band, though only Croatia's 1134 had any audio -
and it was ranging from quite good to nil.

had IBOC turned off.

Further scanning revealed carriers on 1107, 1206(bits of audio), 891 (a
surprise just 9 kHz from my strongest local), 837, 693, plus presumed
