WCRL AM outlet seems to be on, as no
WCRL does have 64 watts at night and I do think they use it. Your sentence
implied they have no night power and shouldn't be on 24/7. Their translator,
W237DH stays on 24/7.

WCRL used to have a full power FM outlet, WKLD-FM but that moved to Metro
