It's not KPXQ, they don't list her on the program schedule... but while
WMOB doesn't have a full program schedule she is mentioned on their website.

This morning was pretty darn interesting for the time of year, and I
slept through it (peak was between 1255 and 1310UT), but through the
magic of SDR recordings there is something to report. One
peculiarity was the large number of good carriers with no or
near-imaginary traces of audio,
