[IRCA] HAR/TIS in Orange County CA

Went through the HAR/TIS list that Phil recently published and found out there are only 7 HAR/TIS stations in Orange County. Over the years several have gone away and a few new ones came on the air. So here is an update of what I can here. Orange County is a small county between Los Angeles
