hour I copied lots of sound cuts from movies, sweep tones, dial tones,

Archos 104 and I also found a web site with a bunch of other alternatives.
There was a really neat Marantz (I used to have an old analog tape Marantz
that worked great) for $600 plus. It looks like there are a lot of options
IRELAND, R North, Redcastle has been reported on 846 by NRC within the last
few years. Would have to do a little more research to say exactly when, but
they are in my summary.

I second HDSDR. Have been using it for years. Other than a few minor bugs still
not addressed (I realize its free but would be happy to pay if they really
