Hi Colin, sounds great. Please let me know. I would like to arrange a get
together with some local DXers such as Tim Hall, Martin Colts, Mike
Sanburn, perhaps others.

And if you have any interest in geocaching, I can show you some good ones
around here.

DX-friendly station perhaps. But my QSL from KRVN-880 took more than two
years to arrive! No follow-up reports sent for that logging in 1978, but I
have heard KRVN a number of times under WCBS since then.

Belated welcome to Southern California. You should be able to hear KRVN quite

[IRCA] KRVN 880 heard in Southern California

2018-11-11 Thread Joseph Miller
Hello list members,

It has been a while since subscribing to this list, and about 4-5 months,
my wife and I moved to Southern California, so I now get to start all over
again with the MWDX.The new QTH is in Desert Hot Springs, about 10 miles
straight north of Palm Springs and practically surrounded by mountains.
This is probably the most distant station I have heard since moving here.

KRVN 880 Lexington NE, farm reports, news, station ID, several mentions of
Lexington. Clear signal for a few minutes although the noise is getting
louder. (Miller)

It's good to be back on the list.
