We are working with your iText library to dynamically generate reports in
PDF. But we are stuck with a problem in which we need your urgent

We found that if we directly embed any SWF (Shockwave files generated by
Adobe Flash), it does not get printed when the SWF is not viewed at

All of this a matter of how Rich Media annotations are defined in the
PDF specification (or Adobe's extensions to the standard)

I'm very new to itext and sourceforge, besides, english is not my mother
tongue, and although I help myself with a translator, I not always
achieve to express myself the right way.

And my answer still stands.
In order to have SWF content print, EITHER the annotation appearance has
to be generated ahead of time OR the SWF needs to modified to respond to
the proper event (I don't recall what it is) when asked.
