As a lazy workaround I have create wrapper shell scripts to inform the
auth program about the realm. Its ugly, but works for now. Ill take a
look into the sources and try to propouse a patch to support command
line options as soon as possible.

the db_dump command
(provided by Berkeley DB suite).
Eg:
db_dump -f authreg.db.txt authreg.db
If you wanna try, you can use db_upgrade to try upgrading the database
on the new server.
Eg:
db_upgrade authreg.db
