I have a 686 and am running suse6.4, am running a small web server on
it. I have a jar file in it that has a few html files and a few applets.
(applets in jdk1.2 compiled with jdk1.2.2)
When I open a html file in a web browser on a different machine (it is
a win nt machine and has jdk1.3 plug

I was trying to install jre1.2.2-RC4-linux-i386-glibc-2.1.1.tar.bz2
kernel 2.2.5 i686 and its a suse linux
initailly had a few path problems so i set the pathhs in the java_wrapper
manually.
now the error i get after i try to do a java -version is
/.../classic/libjvm.so: undefined symbol: __l
