Do you really mean that you have to open Windows Explorer? You said FTP Explorer. If so, when you have the program selected in Windows Explorer, press ALT+F; then press the letter n; then arrow to Desktop (create shortcut) and press ENTER. This will place a shortcut on the desktop to that

I had a little problem today with jaws 8 trying to read an saved to my documents email and jaws 8 just wasn't doing it.. I had Excel open and the email was info that needed to be copied from it to the spreadsheet but had to close out that version and load jaws 7.10 to get it to read.. I
